Domestic and International Shipping Rates

We ship to many countries worldwide - if you don't see your country listed, please contact us! Estimated shipping rates for shoes are:

US: Depends on geographical location from Chicago, IL

All other countries: Depends on current shipping rates

Our shipping rates are per the United States Postal Service Ground & Priority Mail  and include insurance and tracking.

Ribbon orders without shoes are shipped first-class mail for a flat rate of $5USD worldwide, without tracking information. Your country may charge additional taxes, handling fees and import duties on your package that you will be responsible for. Please check with your local post office for further information. 

Payment, Shipping and Handling

Mohop shoes are individually handmade at the time of your order, and your credit card or paypal account will be charged at the time you place your order. Our typical wait time for the shoes to be finished and shipped is 10 to 14 days in our low season (around September-February, excluding the end-of-year holiday season) and 2-4 weeks in "sandal weather" (around March-August). Please contact us if you need shoes faster for a special event!  Once your order ships, you will receive an automated e-mail from the US Postal Service with tracking information. 

We ship with the United States Postal Service. Domestic packages are shipped via Priority Mail, with a 2 to 3 day typical delivery time. International shipments are mailed via Priority Mail International, with a typical delivery time of 5 to 10 days. However, please be aware that your package may be delayed by customs, government inspections and what-have-you; please allow additional time for delivery. Look out for tracking to see if it's at customs otherwise the package may be sent back to us and delay delivery. International customs agencies may charge additional fees for customs, brokerage and/or any other duties.  Mohop has no control over and is not responsible for any import fees that may be assessed by international governments.

We have found that handling fees for international orders are substantially less with the postal system than with commercial carriers. If you have any questions with your order please e-mail us at shoes@mohop.com (please include your invoice number). 

Repairs and returns

Unworn Mohop sandals can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the arrival of your shipment. Please try on your shoes on a carpeted floor in case you need to exchange them for a different size. Any defects in workmanship will be repaired free-of-charge within one year of purchase (i.e., if something has broken or is threatening to break).
