• LOW WEDGE: Flexible at the forefoot, this padded wedge base features an ergonomically carved footbed. A style that can be dressed up or down, our low wedge is a great urban walking shoe.
• MID WEDGE: Similar to our low wedge, but 1" higher - perfect for a dressier look and/or slightly shorter walks.
• LOW CLOG: A stable base, 3D carved to cradle the whole length of your foot. Perfect for those who need support for lots of standing.
• FLATFORM: The same comfy and supportive footbed of our low clog, just on a higher, chunkier base.
• MID CLOG: Our favorite walking shoe from our clog collection, lending your gait a lovely "rolling" motion so you can move through the world like a swan.
• TALL CLOG: These are the perfect compromise between height and all-day wearability, available in several heel styles.
• HIGH HEEL: Our highest heels showcase the beauty of our hand-shaped sustainable wood bases. These are likely to be your most comfortable high heels due to our proprietary combo of ergonomic footbeds, arch support, shock-resistant materials, and cloud padding.

We use standard US women's sizes, and most people feel our shoes fit true to size.

To convert from US men's sizes, add 1.5 to your typical size and consider Semi-Wide for a roomier fit.

If you're between sizes, go down to the nearest half size or width if you'd like a more fitted feel, or up if you'd like a looser feel. Our footwear uppers do mold to your foot so it's comfy to go smaller, unless you're ordering clogs that you'd like to wear with thicker socks.

We make everything to order! Typically, shoes ship within 2-4 weeks, while other items ship within 1 week. Sometimes we can accommodate urgent deadlines - send us an email if you need something made extra quickly.

Standard outbound shipping is typically via USPS or UPS, with free shipping over $50.  International shipping is also available to many countries. Further shipping info is here.

Refunds are accepted on unworn items in new condition, shipped within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not accepted on personalized items etched with initials, monograms, and/or names. Further refund info is here.

We take care to use the highest quality US-origin materials available, with strong consideration for environmental impact. So, good news, your Mohop products need little attention and will appear like new for years. Our leather-like material is 100% nylon and is water, scratch, and stain resistant, and the finish will not peel or rub off as with PU, PVC or vinyl. We recommend wiping dirt with soap and water, but cleaners such as 409 can be used as well (please first test in an inconspicuous area).

We guarantee everything we make for one year - if anything breaks, we'll repair or replace for free. Resoling of shoes is excluded as regular wear-and-tear; we do offer refurbishing but encourage you to use your local cobbler to replace worn soling.

Wood Shoe Care:

Clog bases - Clean light wood on clogs in the sink with warm water and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, and let dry overnight.

Wedge bases - Clean cherry or walnut wood on wedges by wiping clean with soap and water. Let dry, then apply a bit of oil to brighten the wood. Mineral oil, olive oil, cutting board oil, and so on will do the trick.
